Here's a steady, beautiful gelding that has been raised around children, dogs and other horses. Zion has been ridden and handled by all ages, and has been just about everywhere. Long trail rides in the mountains (he loves to explore) and he has also been around cattle. He has ponied both older and younger horses and is a perfect gentleman. He's gone a couple of long stretches of no riding and is always the same when you get on him again. He was shown successfully in local open shows in Halter, Western Pleasure and Equitation classes. He earned a total of 61 points in 2005 in the local open shows. Zion has just been started in English this year also and he is showing excellent jumping ability. His gaits are wonderful to ride in walk, trot and lope or canter. He is beginning to understand neck reining.
Zion is ready for anyone to take any direction they want, whether it's the show ring, ranch or just a very nice horse to ride. Here's a chance to own a horse that everyone likes.
