Big and handsome, this is a very gentle gelding.
Some people search and search for a gentle horse to purchase and have to look at a lot of horses that don't fit their needs, but if you are looking for that kind, gentle horse that will be your riding partner for life, then Echo fits that need. Echo has been used maily as a trail horse because of his calm and quiet demeaner, but he has a lot of experience in the arena doing slow western pleasure jogs and pretty circles at a jog. He could easily be used as a show horse and then after the weekend showing, well, take him for a nice leisurely trail ride. Now, how many show horses could you do that with?
When these photos were taken, he had on his winter coat, but as you could see in the photo below, he sheds off to a very beautiful light golden color. Echo easily turns heads anywhere he goes. His legs, body and mind are very correct and just look at that kind eye! Echo doesn't have to be ridden all the time to stay broke. He stays broke in between his rides, but why would you not want to ride him all the time! Echo has that one-of-a-kind personality. Great horse for a person wanting a horse that won't scare her/him.
